This policy explains how Buildience (“Buildience”, “we”) handles personal information collected through this website. It reflects how the site is currently built; it must be updated if that changes.

Information we collect

• Inquiry details you submit through the contact form: your name, email address and message, plus anything optional you choose to add (company or project name, the type of help you need, and how you'd like to work with us).
• Technical data processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, and browser type, held in standard server logs for the hosting provider's standard retention period.
• Abuse prevention: when you submit the contact form, your IP address is held in server memory for about ten minutes to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your inquiry.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement.
• To protect the website and contact form against abuse, such as spam and automated submissions.

We do not sell personal information or use inquiry details for unrelated marketing. Please don't include passwords, access keys or confidential business data in the form.

Legal basis

We process the information you submit through the contact form on the basis of your consent in submitting it, and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services, consistent with applicable data protection law in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@buildience.com, though this does not affect anything already done with your information before that request.

Service providers

We share inquiry data with service providers who process it on our behalf, strictly to operate this website and respond to you:

• Vercel (hosting and infrastructure) — processes technical/server-log data. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Resend (email delivery) — processes contact-form submissions in order to deliver them to our inbox. See Resend's privacy policy.

We do not use any other third-party processors for data submitted through this website.

Retention

Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship — typically no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you — and are deleted sooner on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to its processing. To make a request, email info@buildience.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
